We have developed highly efficient systems that enable us to prepare mail so that when we present it to the Royal Mail it is pre–sorted and ready for them to deliver. This, combined with the high volumes of mail processed every day, means that we can obtain the best possible postage price from the Royal Mail. We then pass these prices on to our customers along with a free collection service and even give them the envelope free, with the pre–paid postage mark already printed on it. This pre–printing of envelopes means that there is no requirement for expensive, inefficient franking equipment to produce that postal mark and vastly reduces stationery budgets.
